Its Christmas time!

Everytime I used to sit in front of the laptop, there was some disturbance or the other! Ajitesh’s started crawling a bit and sitting up already so hell of a job rests on me these days and by the end of the day m so exhausted that I usually end up dozing off at 7.30 and sometimes 8 with my baby…J this explains the reason that I have been missing from the blogging front from so long!!Btw I still tried to read  some of the fellow blogger’s posts regularly…leia from the leia delights got married recently and she looked fab in all her outfits…unconventional but pretty bride she made….tanvi from tanvii.com also had her bro’s wedding lined up and boy did she look charming!!shruti from ramp or not had a job change and a much needed spunk and zeal back in her life and posts… and purva u totally had me in splits with your “sita series” .u just can turn even a pigeon’s shit tale into a humourous piece laced up with a woman’s endless tactics to avert the situation!! lady u are a gifted writer..not that u do not know that already but just telling u m a new addition in your long list of fans …and sush my dear friend from”my unfinished life” apart from her outfit  and travel posts which are lovely, made us aware of the serious work she does  & not so happening outfits she dons on the  typical days wen shez travelling on an office tour…which incidentally seemed getting to travel to fabulous places and clicking wonderful pics only!!haven’t been able to catch up with the other blogger posts but now that I have started blogging again would love to catch up with all the blogging posts I missedJ

Anyways talking about the time of the year…Its that part of the year i always wait for .......studying in a convent meant this period as the "Easter holidays “and a welcome break from the school schedule..These holidays were so much more fun because there was no dreaded "holiday homework" ......:) and wen joined office again it more or less resulted in an extended weekend which again served a welcome break from the mundane office stuff and an extended stay at home which we "non delhiwalas" always looked for! This year this time means a lot more......after nearly 8 months going back home ...to India...yippeee.....:) its much more special coz its first time Ajitesh gets to see his grandparents and extended family from both sides.....n yes this time also means a lot of shopping & gifts for friends and family & oneself...........btw it’s my first Christmas here in Australia and it seems lill funny for me to see people getting all geared up for Christmas in full summer!!For me it always meant an inherent connection with the winters which made it much more enjoyable for me!!............

Talking of gifts i have recently purchased perfumes for my near & dear ones and m totally loving all of them......

So this one's dedicated to my love for perfumes......just love perfumes and  the nice bottles they are packaged into!!!omg m just left drooling over the sexy bottles n layering of the scents.......;)

The first one is "lovely" by sara jessica parkar...........

my take on it....as the name suggests its "lovely".... it starts with a sweet and light smell which generally builds up into a stronger and fresh fragrence....its really one of those perfumes one can call your "signature perfume"........ a truly feminine fragrence and as a good perfume shuld do,it lasts all day or night ....am already in love with it....and coz of the christmas discount ,this can be termed as a gr8 gift for someone who has penchant for perfumes:)

The second one's "velvet" by kate moss........

Since Kate adores dusk and the hour of twilight ,the perfume was named  "velvet hour".if the first's one on the sweet and flowery side this one's  on woody , spicy  and mystical side. Unusual as a celebrity scent,its dark,deep rich and long lasting....this one's particular favourite to wear at night as a hint of sandlewood & patchouli ! yet again a perfect gift for someone dear and maybe yourself too:)

The third one's CK's In 2 u.....

.CK In2U Him is a lovely modern, fresh smelling fragrance that is unique enough to be noticeable, but subtle enough to be used as an everyday frangrance. The spicy and woody undertones make this one all the more alluring...... The bottle is very stylish with uniquely shaped glass bottom with a striking white plastic coating bearing the ck logo and fragrance name and easy on the pocket........a perfect gift for the men in your life.......
