Bholi bahu,hubby baby & pa in law............................

Its everywhere….in the media, in the press….its much better & juicier than Svayambar season 3(yeah I know tht was soooo boring!!)& all those hindi soap operas put together…….n the media is happy roasting it!!!!!aah darlings its all about the TRP’s in the end……we never had journalistic standards or rather television industry reporting standards to boast of anyways……….

A successful actress ……impeccable beauty...god almost turned her into a plastic one….:)plastic makes women perfect!!!!!,Hollywood presence(if attending cannes ,oprah n Oscars forms a part of it besides delivering duds like “Pink Panther”,bride & predijuce & mistress of spices)……..no offence to the actress in question but one thing she really is good at is P.R. & Image building!!!!n the latest trump card she played in the media to hog the limelight was her “Pa in law”..awww isn’t that so sweet my munchkins…..pa in law coming all guns blazing to destroy whosoever raises a suspicious finger on bholi bhali bahu of Bada gharana of bollywood!!!! The offender…a poor film-maker who chucked the darling bahu learning the news of her pregnancy out of his dream project which incidentally took him 1.5 yrs to finalize and money invested on it around 3 crores……..bholi bahu surely knows how to play her cards to perfection…..create a moralistic high ground of she being discriminated upon just for being pregnant….all the film fraternity showing solidarity for the wronged actress!!poor she……..she deserved a much better deal than wat she got……….alas I really do not not agree to all this hogwash…….she hid from the poor chap that she was four month preggy while hogging the limelight for the coveted 3 crore project in cannes….. (p.s. she didn’t wanna miss her limelight time at cannes and gleefully posed with the director for those camera shots!!!)then wen this mission was down and dusted her beloved “Pa in law” breaks the news of her being preggers on twitter……..yes the whole nation rejoiced with him…..it had almost become a national fancy to ultimately hear the “bholi bahu” getting pregnant!!!!!thank god finally “hubby baby” produced a much needed solo hitJ but someone should just have spared a bit of heart for the producers, the thousand of technicians, the writer who must have worked on the script for many sleepless nights,the male actor who must have given dates for the project pinning high hopes on its success & most of all for the director who was suddenly labeled as being anti women…….& wat not…..glorified as a villain raising a debate on whether there can be a clause in the industry which prevents pregnant actress for working in a film?......lets see this without any bias both to the actress & the so called devil “director” in question……..

She got pregnant…gr888 I mean it’s the most wonderful thing to happen to a lady…..motherhood completes a woman…..

Her take on the movie…she could have completed the movie in 60 days…..without the baby bump showing…..it wud have been perfect if it wud have suited the employers. Read the producers & the director agreeing to the new arrangement……

The movie in the limelight traces an actress’es journey through various stages of her life including the highs and the lows & given the reputation of him making films high on d “believable & life like quotient” it would have been an interesting depiction filled with all the glitz and glamour which were rather missing from his earlier movies barring one….

Honestly I really do not think so “a preggy” actress would have fitted the bill for depiction of the journey of whole life span of an actress….frankly she wasent doing any social service honey….she was paid for it…n if the producers and the director thought she can no longer do full justice to the role…..they have full right to do away with such an actress….i mean sorry if I sound cynical but by the look of it the actress could have never imagined in her wildest dreams that after such a show at international stage..read cannes & such big money riding behind the project…the director & the producers wud have guts to chuck her out of the project & surprisingly shelve the project….

The industry is full of noises that smart camera angles would have done the trick!!!instead of chucking out a poor soul out of movie just because she got pregnant…..well this is just the bholi bahu at her best…trying to divert the attention from the main issue..n quite smartly so…..the producers & the director have every right to choose wats best of their product..Read movie n if they felt she no longer fitted the bill so be it….in any case this lone movie would’nt have mattered so much to her that she n her self obsessed sasural would indulge in hypocrisy and fighting to grab “moral high ground” over the issue……….films & cinema have visual medium to express itself and if the protagonist of the story fails to do so……..it would be a shame to a faboulous script & visulation put on screen by the director…….taking an example from the corporate life if a pregnant employee cannot work due to medical reasons then companies surely do look for suitable alternate arrangements & they want to be informed about the situation so that the issue can be handled without affecting the work…..in the end they pay for you to work n they have full right to think otherwise if they find u unsuitable for the job & it affecting the work!!!!!there are no free lunches in this world……..n this wasn’t either….

I really do hope that a film ultimately thought of such a large scale and much money involved gets ultimately made with a different actress who would do full justice to the role…..

As for the “bholi bahu” and her self obsessed sasural which btw includes an arm candy hubby..they m sure would get lots more chances to hog the limelight they so much enjoy and maintain their hypocritical moralistic high ground………just do not use this “m victimized coz m pregnant” trick to sit on that high moralistic pedestal……..

Motherhood is far more sacred than to be used an issue to strike an emotional chord & score a highpoint just to be in the news & garner sympathy!!!!
